What a better way to discover amazing scenery of the river Cetina.
Our tour starts 2.5 kilometers upstream from the city of Omiš in the heart of the mysterious river Cetina.
After a short introduction to kayaking and the river Cetina your journey begins.
The way takes us 4 km further, to a well known picnic area-Radmanove Mlinice, another gem well hidden inside the intact nature of the canyon.
The power of the river Cetina has been used since the 16th century for starting a wheat and flour mill.
In the 19th century, the site on which the mill was on, was taken over by the well known family from Omiš-Radman, and over time they started using it as a summer house.
The old mill in Radmanove Mlinice exists even today but only as an attraction for many tourists who visit Mlinice.
At the turn of the 20th century this location became one of the most popular sites in this part of Dalmatia.
At the site, we will take a 20min break for rest and refreshment after which we will return to the starting point.
